We utilize a third-party service called Emma for sending out a periodical newsletter. Emma belongs to the Email Service Provider Coalition and adheres to strict security policies to product your information. Your contact information is securely stored on their servers. Emma helps us keep track of whether your newsletter was successfully delivered, when you read it and whether or not you shared it with others using the built-in send-to-a-friend feature.

Our newsletter mailing list is strictly opt-in. You may be removed from our mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the end of every newsletter. Removal takes effect immediately. You may also contact us directly at helpdesk [at] pawserv [dot] com to request removal.

Our Web Site
We use Google Analytics to help us maintain general statistics about visitors to our web site. When you visit our web site, a small script is run which transmits information back to Google. This information includes your IP address, pages viewed, time spent, browser type and the search engine or linking web page you used to find us. We do not record or store any personal information for visitors simply browsing our website.
